1. Add your grillz to the cart then checkout.
   
2. Complete the Grillz Mold Kit we've mailed to you and ship them back.
3. Your grillz are made in 5-7 business days and are shipped to you once they're completed.
   

Order Online: Pickup In-Person (Houston, TX)

1. Add your grillz to the cart then checkout.
2. We'll schedule a time to meet in person to create your teeth mold.
3. We'll make your grillz in 5-7 business days and contact you when they're ready for pickup.

Book In-Person Appointment (Houston, TX)

1. Book your appointment and we'll schedule a time to meet in person to design your custom grillz.
2. We'll go over pricing and create your teeth molds.
3. We'll make your grillz in 5-7 business days and contact you when they're ready for pickup.

Grillz Mold kit and Grillz Delivery:

1. Your mold kit and custom grillz will take 3 to 5 days to reach you via USPS. Faster delivery times are available at checkout.
   
2. Your grillz mold kit comes with a Free pre-paid return shipping label.
3. Tracking number are included for both.
   

Turnaround Times:

1. 10-20 business days for grillz ordered online and are being shipped.
2. 5-7 business days for grillz ordered online and will be picked up in-person.
3. 5-7 business days for grillz being ordered and picked up in-person.

Due to the bespoke nature of custom or pre-made grillz, returns or exchanges are not a viable option; all purchases are deemed final.

• In the unlikely event of an error, a refund will be issued for the scrap metal value of the custom grillz.
