How It Works

 

 

ONLINE ORDERS:


Shipping Timeframe: 10 - 13 Business Days


Grillz Turnaround: 5 - 7 Business Days


Full Turnaround: 15 - 20 Business Days

  1. Browse our collections, add your grillz to your cart, then checkout to complete your order.

  2. Once your payment is confirmed, we'll ship your grillz mold kit out within 24- 48 hours which you will receive in 3-5 businesses days via USPS.

  3. After receiving your mold kit, follow the step by step instructions inside your kit then return your completed molds with the white pre-paid return label included. Shipping will take 3-5 days to reach us.

  4. Once we've received your molds and have verified that they're useable, we'll begin making your grillz which will take 5-7 business days to complete.

  5.  When they're finished we'll send you pictures/videos for quality check and feedback.

  6. After we receive your approval, we'll ship them to you via USPS (tracking # included) and you'll receive them in 3-5 business days.



Note: Shipping takes up most of the turnaround time, to speed it up:

    • Get 1-2 physical molds done by your local dentist/orthodontist and mail it to us with the fastest shipping option. 
    • At checkout, choose a faster shipping option to receive your grillz when they're completed.


    With both options, the estimated turnaround time lowers to 10-15 business days.

     

     


    IN-PERSON ORDERS:


    In-Person Appointment: 30-45 minutes


    Grillz Turnaround: 5 - 7 Business Days

    1. To begin your in-person experience, click here to book your appointment.

    2. After you've received and accepted the quote for your custom grillz, your appointment date/time will be secured.

    3. The day of your appointment we'll discuss and confirm your final grillz design along with pricing.

    4. Then we'll help you create the teeth impression (teeth mold) for your grillz.

    5. At that time, your 1st deposit (half the grillz cost) will be paid in order for us to start on your grillz. We Accept: Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and Credit/Debit Card.

    6. Once they're ready, we'll meet for the 2nd time so you can try them on. Once they fit to your liking you'll pay your final deposit (remaining half) for your grillz.
